Currently, OBXWAC depends on the deployer through its OSGI_BUNDLE_CONTEXT_CONTEXT_ATTRIBUTE which restricts the usage of OBXWAC w/o the WarDeploymentContext. While the two are used together, the connection between them should be more loose.
